SOBA recently conducted training as part of its Ag-Inputs Dealer Development Programme aimed at up-skilling ag-inputs agents. SOBA collaborated with TJAL Enterprises and invited 15 of its agents to attend the one- day training.

The training goal was to create agents that have basic business management and record keeping skills, as well as product and customer knowledge that would help them succeed.

Three SOBA staff conducted the training alongside TJAL Enterprises’ Managing Director who encouraged agents to share their experiences as participants in SOBA’s distribution model and practical ways other agents can leverage this knowledge.

During the training, SOBA staff used practical exercises with real life examples to give the agents a deeper understanding of the training material and to better help them retain and apply the information they learned.
